Patricia Keenan’s research background is in health services research, health economics, and policy analysis. She is particularly interested in developing data, analytics, and research to strengthen programs that promote health and wellbeing and improve health care.

Patricia received her Ph.D. In Health Policy from Harvard University and an M.H.S. In Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
