@CornellTPI co-hosted The Svalbard Consensus workshop in London (Nov 19–20), funded by the @RoyalNavy and partnered with @lborouniversity. The exercise used a crisis simulation to explore how tech, critical infrastructure, and climate change are reshaping Arctic security.
Participants responded to escalating scenarios around extreme weather, Russian submarine ops, Chinese vessel activity, and threats to subsea cables, satellites, and energy systems.
